Side & Rear Extensions with Feature Balcony
A contemporary rear and side extension was formed to deliver new internal volume, improved layout and an upper-level balcony. This outdoor space was positioned to maximise panoramic beach views and extend the living experience beyond the internal footprint. Slimline details and a minimalist balustrade reinforce the clean architectural language.
Vaulted Bedroom Ceilings
