Introduction
Established in 2017 by Nathan Pye alongside fellow tradesmen Joe and Lewie, Arkview delivers high-quality building works to clients throughout the South of England.
Starting with a core team, we have grown into a multi-trade workforce of 10 skilled professionals. Today, with a dedicated fleet of vans, Arkview provides a comprehensive building service, covering all aspects of construction across West Sussex and extending beyond.
We are fully vetted and trusted members of the Federation of Master Builders (FMB).
Our History
Nathan’s been around building sites for as long as he can remember. Growing up in Felpham with a bricklayer dad and a family full of tradesmen, it was almost inevitable he’d end up in construction. From a young age, he was helping out on site during school holidays, learning the basics and picking up a strong work ethic along the way.
After leaving school, he went straight into carpentry, quickly building up his skills in other areas like brickwork and general building. At 21, while still working full-time as a multi-trader for larger firms, he bought and renovated his first property — the first of many. By 25, he began taking on his own projects, and that’s when Arkview really started to take shape.
Nathan later teamed up with two of his old schoolmates — Joe, a roofer and leadwork specialist, and Lewie, a multi-skilled builder with a similar background. Together, they founded Arkview Ltd on shared values: do things properly, don’t cut corners, and always be upfront with people.

From our early days, Arkview has grown into a reliable, full-service building company, offering our clients the benefit of over 150 years of combined trade expertise. Our in-house team comprises skilled professionals in various specialist departments, including groundworks, landscaping, carpentry, roofing, bricklaying, plastering, and general building, ensuring comprehensive service for every project.
With a fleet of vans on the road every day, Arkview covers all aspects of building work across West Sussex and beyond.
Nathan is still based in Felpham, where he lives with his three children. He’s proud of the business they’ve built and still enjoys getting stuck in on site whenever he can. For him, it’s about doing honest work, building trust with clients, and making sure every job is finished to a standard he’d be happy with in his own home.
