Set within the picturesque South Downs, this extensive renovation and extension transformed the
property into a spacious and contemporary family home while respecting its rural surroundings.
The project included the construction of a two-storey extension and a loft conversion, significantly
increasing the home’s living space.
Internally, the property was reconfigured to incorporate a bespoke kitchen and utility room, beautifully appointed bathrooms, and custom-built fitted wardrobes, all designed to maximise functionality and complement the character of the home.
As part of the works, we worked closely with an ecologist to incorporate a dedicated bat loft,
ensuring the project was carried out with careful consideration for the local wildlife and
surrounding environment.
The result is a thoughtfully crafted property that blends modern living with timeless design, creating
